Simple Rava Kesari
Ingredients:

1 cup Semolina (Rava/Sooji)

1 cup Sugar

3 cups Water

1/4 cup Ghee

A pinch of Saffron strands (Kesar)

1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Instructions:

Prepare Saffron Infusion:

Soak a pinch of saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Set it aside.

Roast Semolina:

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee.

Add semolina and roast it on low-medium heat until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
