Ragi Dosa
Ingredients:

1 cup Ragi Flour

1/2 cup Rice Flour

1/4 cup Urad Dal (Black Gram) Flour

1/4 cup Semolina (Sooji)

1 cup Buttermilk

1/2 cup Water (adjust as needed)

1 Onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 Green Chili, finely chopped

1/4 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped

Salt, to taste

Prepare the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, rice flour, urad dal flour, and semolina.

Gradually add buttermilk and water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
