• Flip and Cook:

  • Flip the roti and cook the other side. Apply a little ghee or oil and press the edges with a spatula to ensure even cooking.

• Repeat:

  • Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

• Serve:

  • Serve the corn flour rotis hot with your favorite curry, dal, or any side dish.
