1 cup Ragi Aval (Finger Millet Flakes)

1/2 cup grated coconut

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)

1/4 cup raisins 2 tablespoons jaggery powder

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)

Preparation: Rinse the Ragi Aval under cold water and set aside. In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add chopped nuts and raisins, sauté until golden brown. Stir in grated coconut and roast until aromatic. Add Ragi Aval, jaggery, and cardamom powder. Mix well. Pour milk over the mixture, stirring continuously. Cook until the Ragi Aval absorbs the milk and becomes soft. Adjust sweetness as per taste. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with more nuts and coconut if desired.
