1/2 teaspoon urad dal (black gram) Few curry leaves

2 tablespoons peanuts

1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste A pinch of turmeric powder Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation: Rinse Kuthiravali Aval in water and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, and let them splutter. Add peanuts and sauté until golden brown. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add finely chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender.
