Instructions:
- Roast the Rava: Dry roast the Kuthiravali Rava in a pan until it turns light golden. Set aside.

- Add Water and Cook: Pour in 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add salt to taste.
- Cook the Rava: Slowly add the roasted Kuthiravali Rava, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook on medium heat until the rava absorbs all the water and becomes soft.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
