Millet Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 
	1 cup all-purpose flour 
- 
	1 cup milk 
- 
	1 egg 
- 
	1 tablespoon sugar 
- 
	1 teaspoon baking powder 
- 
	1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 
	Butter or oil for cooking 
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients:
- 
	In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
Combine Wet Ingredients:
- 
	In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add milk. Mix well. 
Create Batter:
- 
	Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. The batter might be a bit lumpy, but that's okay. 
Heat the Pan:
- 
	Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface. 
Cook the Pancakes:
- 
	Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 
Serve:
- 
	Remove the pancakes from the pan and repeat until all the batter is used.

	Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, honey, or fresh fruits.
